    Yashasvi Jaiswal scored a maiden Test double century to inspire India against England in the ongoing second Test in Visakhapatnam. Jaiswal scored 209 off 290 balls with the help of 19 boundaries and seven sixes to steer India to 396 in the first innings on Saturday. He was eventually dismissed by James Anderson in the 107th over, failing to execute a pull. Anderson was in the thick of the action on Day 2 as he took two wickets and also had a heated exchange with India all-rounder Ravichandran Ashwin.

    Ashwin riled up Anderson after hitting him for a few boundaries. He was also seen arguing at the non-striker’s end apparently about his run-up.

    Anderson was left frustrated with Ashwin’s antics as he confronted the umpire over the same.

    However, Anderson had the last laugh over Ashwin as he got rid of him with a jaffa. 

    In the 101st over, Anderson’s full-length ball jumped off the surface, took the outside edge off Ashwin, and clipped the pad on the way to the keeper.

    While Ashwin challenged the decision, but UltraEdge showed a clear spike near the bat.

    Coming back to the match, England were 32 for no loss in reply to India’s 396 all out at lunch on the second day.

    Ben Duckett was batting on 17 in the company of fellow opener Zak Crawley (15) as England negotiated six overs before the break.

    Jaiswal scored 209 Jaiswal scored 209 off 290 balls with the help of 19 boundaries and seven sixes to steer India to the total which came off 112 overs.

    Anderson (3/47), Rehan Ahmed (3/65) and Shoaib Bashir (3/138) picked up three wickets for England.
